Compounding is the final stage where we can incorporate additives such as colours, UV protection, process aids etc. It also produces a homogeneous product ensuring good dispersion and processability.

Granulating the material allows us to take it on to the next level of reprocessing, or, re-use the material down our extrusion processes depending upon suitability of the feedstock. From our granulating plant we can move the stock over to micronising (sometimes called pulverising) or we can move it directly on to the compounding lines

Blending allows us produce homogeneous dry blends and put in specific additives to enhance the performance of the compound prior to pelletising.

Pulverising allows size reduction to give a better mix or flow when extruded. There are 8 production lines including both horizontal and vertical chambers and offering various pulver sizes from 250 microns upwards.
